Quanta introduced its revolutionary Lottery platform

Following an introductory “Blockchain 101” presentation from chain-finance journalist Matthew Warner, Hans Lombardo, Quanta’s Strategic Advisor, gave a presentation about Quanta Lottery System. The benefits of the blockchain technology behind Quanta, especially the offered transparency, fair RNG system and cost effectiveness, attracted enormous attention from the audience. We also received positive feedback to its ease of regulation and locally compliant business model.

Panel discussion heated up

After case studies for Blockchain business models Quanta and FirstBlood were presented, we participated in a panel on “What will be the impact of Blockchain on the Gambling Industry?” We discussed really exciting ways to utilize the latest technology in the heavily regulated Gaming and Gambling industries. People are interested in Blockchain technology, but because the entire industry is enormous, an established legacy system makes rapid changes difficult. The passionate panelists, including Adam Vaziri, director of Diacle, emphasized the importance of adhering to existing regulations and maintaining compliance. By doing so, Blockchain can be a disruptive innovation that benefits all parties involved including regulators, operators and end users. It was also suggested that anyone reacting late to this wave will be easily overtaken by newcomers.

Across both days, the “Blockchain and Gaming” seminar was one of the most popular events at ICE and the booth was packed by people unable to find a seat. This excitement reveals the enormous attention paid to blockchain technology by the gaming industry.
