QUANTA IS BRANCHING OUT IN A DIRECTION WITH DAPPTRICITY INTO AFRICA

Envisioning a fully powered Decentralized Ecosystem (DeCo) as part of the Blockchain revolution, Quanta has been busy pulling together the new business model and use cases in Africa that is separate from its proprietary blockchain lottery and gaming business that will still operate under the main Quanta site (quanta.im) and Quanta lottery site (quantalottery.com).

With the interests of Quanta token holders at heart, strategies are considered to support token usage, liquidity and valuations. In March, we announced our token swap/staking plans which was well received. Now, we’re ready to announce our business strategy for sustainability.

DappTricity will focus on its core TriLIfe products which include TriPay wallet, TriPass access and the TRI token to fuel the ecosystem made up of service providers as part of the life portal. To ensure stronger liquidity for Quanta token holders, the TRI token will now supersede the prior QNTX token name (as placeholder) that was envisioned after the QNTU token swap announced in March 2020.

DappTricity now represents an ambitious step forwards in our vision for the future. In order to facilitate this, further product development, marketing efforts, and partnerships in Africa are needed in order to make the new Decentralized Ecosystem a reality. To build a truly sustainable Decentralized Ecosystem that can create a real impact is a significant undertaking, additional funding for TRI token will be sought during our public token sale in October.  It is noted that the benefits for new TRI token holders will be inferior to the prior supporters and holders of QNTU as their staking rewards are sharply reduced.  At the same time, some small discounts are provided to new token purchases given DappTricity’s preference for raising additional funds to accelerate its DeCo build-out.

In regards to the Quanta swap and staking procedure, all internal arrangements related to swap/staking are now finalized and token holders will receive communications on how to access our dedicated TriPay wallet website (tripay.io), perform any additional KYC requirements, select their preferences and finally to view their token balances.  For clarity, the new tokens will be called TRI tokens but will follow the same stated terms and conditions within the swap/staking form. All swap/stalking benefits given to QNTU holders will be identical. TriPay will be the new utility token portal utilising TRI Token and will be available for both Android and iOS devices soon.

TRI Token is currently scheduled to be listed on top exchanges coming in late 2020. We are planning to list TRI not only on global exchanges but also local exchanges in our target African markets for the Decentralized Ecosystem.

DappTricityでは、新しい分散型エコシステムの実現に向け、アフリカ市場向けの製品開発・マーケティング活動・パートナーシップの開拓が必要とされています。真に持続可能な分散型エコシステムを構築するために、10月にはTRIトークンを通じた資金調達も予定しております。今回、TRIトークン販売時のディスカウントは提供されるものの、既存の投資家（QNTUホルダー）の優位性は担保される形となります。

先日よりご案内させていただいております”スワップ・ステーキング”ですが、まもなく今後の進行に関わる全ての調整が完了致します。専用ウォレットであるTriPayへのアクセス方法・KYCのアップデート・保有トークンの確認方法等については、改めてご案内させていただきます。また、今回のプロジェクト名変更に伴い、スワップ/ステーキングの対象となるトークンは、当初予定していたQNTXではなく、TRIトークンとなりますが、スワップ/ステーキングの条件に変更はございません。今後のトークン管理の基軸となるTriPayは、Android/iOS版ともに近日中にダウンロード可能となる予定です。

かねてよりご案内させていただいておりましたトークン(QNTX改め、TRIトークン)の取引所への再上場ですが、有名な取引所だけでなく、今後の注力マーケットであるアフリカの取引所への上場も予定しております。
